Best time for this ritual is the night of the full moon because at that time your magickal working will get more power. All you need is a ritual knife(athame), a long wooden stick - hazel sticks are best, virgin piece of paper.
First make a magic circle to protect yourself ,sit down in the center and write your wish on the piece of paper. Fold the paper several times and put it in the center of the circle. Stand above it while holding the stick vertically in the left hand, and the athame in your right hand.
Turn to the south and hold the knife in that direction while chanting:
"Guardians of the South, spirits of fire,
In the name of The God and The Goddess,
On behalf of the forces of nature,
I invoke you, and beg of you,
Please take my wish,
Please make it true! "

Turn to the west and hold the knife in that direction while chanting:

Turn to the north and hold the knife in that direction while chanting:
"Guardians of the north, through the power of the land,
In the name of The God and The Goddess,
On behalf of the forces of nature,
I invoke you, and please,
Take my wish to Thee,
Lend me your energy! "

Turn to the east and hold the knife in that direction while chanting: "
"Guardians of the East, riders of the Wind,
In the name of The God and The Goddess,

Fly high, and see my wish fulfilled! "

After that, go outside with that paper in your hand and say:
"Fire, water, earth, and air,
Unite in this pentagram,
(Draw a pentagram on the paper)

My wish shall be fulfilled,
So mote it be! "

Now simply burn the paper and wait for the wish to come true.
