Before you do this chant you have to clear your mind of all other thoughts, do a meditation if needed. This is very important because of the nature of the chant. Sit under, or in front of an open window, or somewhere outside if possible. There must be no noise around you. Complete silence is needed.
Now whisper these words twelve times while looking at the sky:
"Tranquil is the air
Immortal is the bond
You are now aware
To my screams, Respond!"
Now close your eyes, be completely calm. Your body and mind must be relaxed. Now this part is the most important one: You have to Scream the following words twelve times in your mind while feeling how your voice is spreading across the country:
"I Scream for you
Return to Me
I bind your soul
By the power of Three!"
