Hold a glass of water in both hands, close your eyes and chant the following words:
"Clear as this water
Strong as it can be
O guardians of the west
I invoke thee
Purify and protect
Body and soul
Every illness reject
From this body as whole
In the name of
God and Goddess
I invoke thee
Oh great spirits of water
Purify me!
So mote it be!"
Now drink the water. Repeat this spell as often you can. Best would be to do it every day.
